I am delighted to say she should be very pleased with this doll. The most remarkable thing about her is that her hair is set in a perfect part, and the braids are proportional to her other features.
As far as technical issues go, it might be noted that her clothes are sewn on, and her helmet is tagged to her head in the back. Her shoes are very loose on her feet. She cannot be posed in a sitting position while wearing the breastplate.
She has armor, but of course, it’s child-safe plastic rather than metal. Her gown is lovely in white organza with a gold mesh overshirt. She really does look like a real Viking princess.

It is my favorite barbie doll. Their clothes don’t rip unless you rip it in pieces like I did by accident. I don’t let anyone play with her unless they are very carefully with her.I think her best feature is her dark red hair which is almost auburn in color. Her least appealing feature is her makeup, which features lipstick that is too dark for her complexion. I only rate the durability of the doll at 3 stars because she really isn’t meant to be played with. I have not removed her from the box, or any of my other dolls from this series.
She is a lovely Barbie who is easily one of my favorites. She is meant to be collectible, but she isn’t too accessorized or non-durable to be played with, which is how I use her. I think she is worthy of a high recommendation.

This is a gorgeous doll and great for a young and/or new collector. The faux turquoise jewelry is a wonderful detail. Her facial feautures are lovely. It also gives some interesting historical/cultural information on the back of the box.If you like barbies, especailly native american barbies she is a nice, not too expensive, addition to your collection.
The costume and doll are really beautiful. This series presents historical periods in a wonderful, experiencial way. Each doll has been a treasure, especially the Danish,Portugese and Dutch dolls.

Princess of England is a very pretty interpretation of a historical era. Her pink gown resembles like a famous portrait of Elizabeth 1 before she was queen. This Barbie doll is definitly dressed in the clothing of the period of King Henry VIII.
Her face is lovely, with light golden brown eyes, rather natural looking brown eyeshadows, and muted dark pink lips that suit the costume. Her hair color is actually slightly paler than it looks in many photos of the doll, and is very soft and silky.
